The City Government of Naga through the Naga City Cooperative Development Council (NCCDC), in partnership with the Cooperative Development Authority (CDA) Camarines Sur Contact Office, the CDA-Regional Extension Office V (CDA RO5), and the Bicol Regional Cooperative Development Council (BRCDC), will be hosting the Bicol Cooperative Congress (#BCC2023) on October 20-21, 2023, at The Tent, Avenue Plaza Hotel, Magsaysay Avenue, Naga City.
